There are also scratches on the bottom of it as well as a massive sticker on the top…ut buying because it was used! But it’s been perfect!! My freshman aged daughter has used it for about a year with no issues!! Great product!

Changing the battery implies an extra expense, which I had not planned! It is disrespectful to the customer to break the promise of the product!

Physically it arrived in perfect condition, but the most important thing is the battery, it arrived in a terrible state, almost useless.

I love it! The MacBook looks and operates like a brand new one. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the battery life is excellent as well! It arrived within 3 days. I would definitely recommend others to purchase from this company. Hopefully, it will be a long time but I would purchase from them again,\.

I figured the price of 1 new laptop equals 2 of these laptops. If I can get 4 years out of these then that will be good. Time will tell if that happens but I thought I would take a chance because I have purchased used cars and I have purchased other used items so why not try this. We are very happy with these right now.
